  Abstract

We present the performance analysis of multi-path searcher in Rayleigh fading channels when transmit diversity and post-detection integration are employed in a mobile station. Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) and mean acquisition time (MAT) are obtained by computer simulations, which justify the theoretical analysis. We also propose the steps to find the optimum parameters of two-dwell serial searcher.
