  Abstract

In this letter, we propose the low complexity MMSE-ISDIC with symbol-based detection stopping criterion for MIMO systems. In the proposed scheme, a detection procedure of a transmit symbol is terminated when the detection result of the symbol is determined to be convergent. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly reduce the computational complexity of the conventional MMSE-ISDIC scheme, while the error performance of the proposed scheme is close to that of the conventional scheme.
