  Abstract

Full duplex techniques are expected to double the spectral efficiency of the terminal by transmitting and receiving simultaneously over the same frequency band. This paper presents the analysis results on the performance of self-interference cancellation with increasing number of taps in TDL circuit in analog self-interference cancellation module and based on the analysis this paper proposes a design method for selecting the number of taps of TDL ASIC circuit. In addition, this paper presents the analysis results on the performance of self-interference estimation performance with two different fixed delay design methods in TDL ASIC circuit and proposes a proper design method for the fixed delays.
