  Abstract

This paper adapted LDM-based distributed congestion control, which was proposed to overcome performance degradation due to sidelink channel congestion in 3GPP LTE C-V2X(Cellular-Vehicular to Everything), to 5G NR V2X sidelink transmission. Particularly, the performance was analyzed in urban environments that shows nonuniform channel congestion characteristics.
