  Abstract

This paper proposes a closed-loop operational framework for continuously updating the deployment of Electronic Support (ES) equipment. This framework leverages the Standard Spectrum Resource Format (SSRF) to share environmental and mission changes that occur post-initial deployment. Initially, existing optimization models calculate the minimum number and optimal locations for the equipment. During the operational phase, critical data including equipment status are collected and integrated as SSRF messages. The proposed framework reformulates the deployment plan at predefined intervals, while also modifying it immediately in response to dynamic events such as sudden interference surges, equipment failure, or changes in mission priority. This adaptive approach ensures the maintenance of mission coverage and detection performance while minimizing guard band infringements and channel conflicts. Furthermore, the optimization results are recorded back into the SSRF, ensuring interoperability and reproducibility. This study establishes a virtuous cycle of data standardization, optimization, and operational feedback, transforming the ES equipment deployment problem from a static design challenge into a real-time, operational application. The practicality of the proposed framework is validated through mathematical analysis and comprehensive computer simulations under various environmental conditions.
