A service provider that provides network services to a specific area requires a large number of satellites covering the entire earth for smooth NTN service. In order to reduce NTN deployment costs, sharing of LEO satellites between countries and operators is necessary, and the Open NTN structure is proposed as a solution for LEO satellite sharing. In such open NTN architecture, data and pilot transmission power and ISL fronthaul compression rate can be optimized to minimize the required bandwidth of the Inter-Satellite Link (ISL) under uplink transmission rate constraints." }
